The minacle AI Startups Program ("Program") offers eligible companies 12 months of the minacle AI Standard plan at no cost ("Benefit"). The Program is operated by VATITAN INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD ("minacle AI," "we," "us"). We may modify or terminate the Program, or these Terms, at any time, with or without notice.

There is no funding-stage or industry requirement. Meeting these criteria does not guarantee acceptance — acceptance is at minacle AI's sole discretion.
Applications are submitted via our online form. We review applications manually; review typically takes up to 4 weeks, though this is not guaranteed. Applicants referred through one of our partner VC or accelerator programs are reviewed on an expedited basis, typically within 5 business days. We may request additional information to verify eligibility and may deny any application for any reason.
If approved, you will be notified and asked to "claim" the Benefit by adding a valid payment method. No charge is made at the time of claiming or during the 12-month Benefit period. The Benefit activates once a payment method is successfully added. Unclaimed approvals may expire.
At the end of the 12-month Benefit period, your subscription automatically renews at minacle AI's then-current Standard plan price, billed to the payment method on file, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via your account.
The Benefit is specific to the applying company and may not be transferred, resold, or assigned. The Benefit has no cash value.
We may revoke the Benefit and/or terminate your subscription at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you provided false information in your application, created multiple applications for the same company, or otherwise acted inconsistently with the spirit of the Program.
With your consent, we may identify your company as a Program participant (e.g., name and logo) in our marketing materials. You may opt out of this at any time by contacting us.
Information submitted in your application (company details, contact information, and payment information collected at the claim step) is used to administer the Program and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Program and Benefit are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, minacle AI's total liability arising out of or relating to the Program is limited to USD $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
These Terms, together with minacle AI's standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Program. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
